Technology and intellectual property

Technology and intellectual property has been at the heart of many of the shareholder disputes that we have encountered. We encourage parties to reach consensual agreements where possible, to avoid losses arising from the costs of a dispute and delays in utilisation. Unfortunately this advice is not always heeded.

We find ourselves acting where valuations are disputed and agreement cannot readily be reached. We have experience in negotiating outcomes whereby real value is ascertained, albeit in some cases it appears litigation is inevitable. Where this happens we seek to manage the process to the best advantage for creditors generally.
