Mike was a partner at the London offices of Ernst and Young and Baker Tilly from 1993, before setting up the firm.

He is an experienced Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioner. He has led teams, both in multi-jurisdictional complex restructurings and in more straightforward advisory and insolvency projects. Among many assignments, one of the most well known was as a Railway Administrator of Railtrack.
